These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bhnuniversity.com and your registration for any course, certification, masterclass, or event offered by BHN University, a brand operated by Wolfe International Training Group Inc. ("BHN University," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or registering for a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

‍

BHN University offers in-person and online health and wellness education, including the Whole Life Health Certified, Wolfe Non Surgical, New World Practitioner, Women's Pelvic Restoration & Disease Prevention, and related lectures and events, taught by Dr. Darrell Wolfe and associated instructors.

2. Eligibility

‍

You must be at least 18 years old to register for a BHN University course or event. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Registration & Payment

• Course registration and payment are processed through our registration partner, RegFox
• A minimum deposit of $500 is required to reserve your spot, unless otherwise stated for a specific course
• Full payment is due no later than 30 days before the course start date. If your balance remains unpaid at that point, your registration will be automatically cancelled, and any deposit paid will be forfeited
• Pricing is listed in USD; Canadian pricing (where offered) is subject to applicable GST or HST
• Financing is available through our third-party partner, Enhancify, for eligible US participants. Financing approval, terms, and repayment are determined solely by Enhancify; we are not responsible for financing decisions or terms

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

‍

Cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing to courses@docofdetox.com. Refunds and any applicable fees are calculated based on the date and time we receive your written request.

‍

Refund schedule:

• Within 24 hours of booking: 92% refund (an 8% fee is retained to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs)
• 14 or more days before the event: 85% refund
• 6–13 days before the event: 50% refund
• 5 days or fewer before the event: No refund. You remain responsible for the full registration fee regardless of attendance

Transfers: You may transfer your registration to a different course date or location for a 10% administrative fee. Transfer requests must be submitted before the original event start date, and the new course must take place within one year of the original date.

Extenuating circumstances: Requests due to serious extenuating circumstances, submitted in writing outside the standard windows above, may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of our Board of Directors.

5. Course Conduct & Confidentiality

‍

Our courses involve close-knit group settings, including the BraveHeart Circle, where participants are asked to share personal, emotional, and sometimes sensitive information. What is shared within these group settings is intended to stay within the group. By participating, you agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of your fellow participants, and not to record, publish, or share what others disclose without their consent.

Group chats created for your course cohort are provided so attendees can communicate with one another. Please use them respectfully and in accordance with these Terms.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer; Assumption of Risk

‍

The information, techniques, and training provided by BHN University are based on Dr. Darrell Wolfe's experience and research, and are not intended to replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional or to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before enrolling in or participating in any course.

Some courses, including the Wolfe Non Surgical Certification, involve hands-on bodywork techniques practiced between participants, as well as physically and emotionally intensive activities. By registering and participating, you acknowledge that these activities involve inherent physical and emotional risk, and you voluntarily assume that risk. You are responsible for informing course instructors of any medical condition, injury, or limitation that may affect your safe participation.

7. Certifications & Professional Use

‍

Completion of a BHN University certification does not constitute a medical license or authorization to diagnose, treat, or practice medicine. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements that apply to practitioners in your own jurisdiction. Program advancement (such as Master Practitioner or Master Trainer status) requires completing the specific coursework and hour requirements described on our website or communicated to you directly.

8. Intellectual Property

‍

All course materials, including but not limited to the Perfect Day Lifestyle Guide, the Wolfe Non-Surgical Manual, recorded trainings, presentations, and website content, are the property of Wolfe International Training Group Inc. and its licensors. You may use these materials for your own personal or professional practice, but you may not reproduce, resell, publicly share, or distribute them without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

‍

Our website and registration process link to services operated by third parties, including RegFox (registration and payments) and Enhancify (financing). We also reference independent third-party accommodations and travel providers. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their services, availability, or practices.

10. Acceptable Use

‍

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scraping or copying our content without permission, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfe International Training Group Inc. and BHN University are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our courses and events. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course or event is limited to the amount you paid for that course or event.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolfe International Training Group Inc., BHN University, our instructors, hosts, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our courses or events, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

‍

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

‍

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or registration for a course after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
